If you write about decreased "reported", without mentioning the 3 year phenomenal increase in "unreported" crime and the reasons for it, you are doing tremendous harm to the poor people you are trying to help. Please acurately represent the actual crime.
I think he's written quite a bit about previous increases in crime. No blog rehashes every previous analysis or conclusion in every post. He's also written about and attempted to assess unreported crime, but that's harder to do for obvious reasons, and not really the speciality of this blog.
